Recruiting and hiring for an evaluation-related job opening can be a frustrating, confusing, and time consuming experience, especially if you’ve never hired an evaluation professional before and/or if evaluation is not your primary job responsibility.

What type of position are you looking to hire? What are the most important education and job experience requirements to put in a job posting? How do you manage the hiring process from beginning to end? How do you select the best candidate out of a pool of dozens, if not hundreds of applicants?

Bryan Hall, Senior Director of Evaluation for BellXcel, will discuss his experience recruiting and hiring for evaluation positions in his organization. He will discuss what goes into the hiring process before a job positing becomes public, how you identify great candidates, and the pitfalls and challenges along the way.

This roundtable is great for anyone interested in the hiring process both from the perspective of a hiring manager as well as a job candidate.

We are able to offer a webinar/call-in option for this roundtable. While we would love to have you all join in-person, we understand the logistics of attending in-person can be challenging. Please see the GoToMeeting information below.
